Managing applications and support services for Romania, focusing on the SD and MM areas;
Ensuring a corrective and preventive business involvement for system changes;
Coordinating and implementing the necessary enhancements for the SD and MM areas;
Helping the Service Delivery Manager to define internal processes and Service Level Agreements;
Monitoring and achieving the Service Levels agreed for the CU;
Conducting regular service reviews with the internal customers;
Acting as a first point of escalation regarding any service issues;
Participating in local and global projects related to applications;
Ensuring the necessary design, testing and “go live” methodology applied to all actions within the area of responsibly;
Managing the transition from projects into maintenance and support;
Using global processes and tools (such as EPM, SW release mgt, GPRA) in place to comply with the ways of working with the CS IT function;
Ensuring that the global program implementations meet the legal and fiscal requirements.
Ability to prioritize requests in adequacy with business needs;
A strong proven SAP background combined with processes and business experience in SS or/and MM area;
Wide breadth of technical skills across applications;
Ability to develop and maintain a good relationship with internal customers;
Strong process orientation in embracing new ways of working personally and for the team;
Solid communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues at all levels;
Ability to manage a team and engage with other teams remotely;
Passionate regarding the IT domain;
Responsive, straightforward and customer oriented;
Leadership abilities with an emphasis on accountable, adaptable and collaborative features;
Fluency in English.
