- Provide, within existing Information Systems solutions and Best Practice and complementary technologies the data, processes and systems to support business requirements and strategy, primarily for a demand, supply, production area and ensuring cross functional integration
- Technical and/or business excellence support of the information systems process for demand, supply, production area
- Monitor and evaluate incoming changes to SAP-APO
- Ensure "User Training and Support Documentation" is up to date and fit for purpose
- Leverage the skills of Superusers to provide on-going support for their area of business
- Stand in for a Project Manager, if required, with both Project Management skills and the confidence and experience to deal with business managers at all levels.
Position is part of LGO department (former IS/IT department) and report directly to LGO Director
SAP-APO Specialist: “Business Excellence and Application Specialist” for Demand Supply Production Planning Area
- 5+ years comprehensive work experience in a planning area (demand planning or supply network planning or production planning), ideally in a business analysis role
- SAP-APO experience;
- other planning tools are considered an asset
