RESPONSABILITATI

The role will be a mix of day to day SFDC Administrator duties, SFDC custom development duties and business analysis/requirements definition. The candidate we are looking for will have over 4 years' experience working on a complex SFDC implementation.
Te me nos is a fast paced ever changing environment. Therefore the candidate needs to be able to work to deadlines and changing requirements in a pressurised work environment. The candidate should have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.


CERINTE

CRM Custom Development Duties (the candidate will need experience in the following packages):
• Apex —Triggers/Alerts;
• visualforce;
• SOQL;
• Eclipse;
• HTML;
• CSS;
• JavaScript;
CRM Acivonced Administration Duties (ADM 201 qualification preferred as well as DEV 401):
• Dashboards & Reporting;
• Configuration, accounts, contacts, tasks, notes etc.;
• User Setup;
• Territory Management;
• Documentation — Updating existing technical documentation;
• Case Management reviews — Making sure functional enhancements are fully spaced before the review of functionality for each release;
• First line supportfor specific usergroups i.e. marketing, services or others;
• Technical audits on user profiles, hierarchy etc.;
• Functionality audits. Conducting functionality audit workshops with usergroups to ensure the functionality that exists is still working correctly. And if not creating logging bugs to be addressed.
Business Analysis:
• Meeting with different usergroups to document their requirements
• Understanding at a high level of different departments business needs from finance to sales and marketing
• Creation of technical specs.
Other Skills
• Educated to degree level or above;
• Fluent English speaker and writer;
• Advanced MS Excel skills; formulas, macros, pivots etc.;
• Thorough knowledge of other MS Office packages and MS Outlook;
• Happy to travel regularly within Europe.
