• Defines strategically organizational needs together with management to achieve the desired level of competence for the Sales Force
• Conducts competence level evaluation for the Sales Force, using the Company Sales Competencies as a standard
• As a result, identifies gaps and develops the action plan (containing training & development initiatives) to fill the gaps
• Makes sure the action plan is aligned with the current business strategy and plans
• Academic degree of education
• Minimum of 2 years experience in delivering training programs for sales activities – preferably in financial services field
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, excellent presentation skills
• Team player
• Can-do attitude; enthusiastic personality; high energy
• Should have a challenging behaviour, a determinate and responsible attitude, able to predict and adapt to changes; creative
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Excellent PC skills
• Availability to travel all around the country
