- Represents the Branch image in the relation with the SME clients;
- Increases the sales of Branch products for the SME clients;
- Identifies new potential clients, establish the first contact with them and plans specific future activities;
- Maintains a good relation with the existing clients and make cross selling for the new products;
- Knows all the characteristics of Bank’s products and competitors’ and make suggestions for improving them.
- University Degree (Economic studies is a plus);
- Previous experience in sales is mandatory;
- Very good command of English;
- Previous experience in banking system is an advantage;
- Active participation in student projects and student organizations;
- Customer and results oriented, dynamic, negotiation skills, motivated persons with very good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Management Trainee (MT) Program has been established to bring a continuous flow of talented future leaders into our organization and to oversee their development within the context of a structured training program. The aim is to attract young individuals, whose primary interest is to learn the business and apply their academic and prior experiences in our environment.
The candidates selected after the recruitment process, will receive an extensive two weeks training on banking products, which also includes sales and customer care courses. Following the completion of the program, trainees will be hired in Branches or in Head Office departments in Bucharest and other cities.
