- Review , verify, draft contracts and addendums for Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and general trade;
- Maintain and update contracts templates database;
- Participate in Sales meetings and advise of Legal perspectives of Sales Cycle items;
- Ensure and monitor compliance of Sales people with Legal policies and procedures;
- Provide Legal advice to Trade Marketing Team in regard to communications;
- Maintain Sales archive of contracts, addendums, and correspondence.
- University degree in Law is a must;
- 2 years experience in legal field, FMCG experience is an asset ;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, conceptual and achievement-orientation skills;
- Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
- Customer service oriented;
- Concern for Order & Quality;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Very good level of MS Windows – Excel, Word, Power Point.
