Maintain and update contracts templates database
Participate in Sales meetings and advise of Legal perspectives of Sales Cycle items
Ensure and monitor compliance of Sales people with Legal policies and procedures
Maintain Sales archive of contracts, addendums, correspondence
University degree in Law is a must
2 years experience in legal field, FMCG experience is an asset
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, conceptual and achievement-orientation skills
Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking
