Oracle University is extending its sales operations to support the market coverage of various European countries from its Bucharest Call Centre and is looking for a second Sales Manager to give leadership and direction to this dynamic and growing team.

The Sales Team Manager is responsible for delivering a high service level and achieving team revenue targets through successful direction and management of outbound telesales representatives. Major responsibilities include the delivery of sales results through a highly leveraged sales model. The individual will have the responsibility of hiring, training and managing a team of Telesales Representatives to position the OU products and services as well as building and sustaining employee performance and motivation to grow revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Achieving the revenue targets of his/her team.
* Setting and implementing team targets, action plan(s) and forecast(s) to ensure attainment of business goals as well as team revenue.
* Contribute to customer acquisition plans as part of the virtual account strategic teams.
* Develop coverage into new Oracle Accounts through call-campaigns and following-up on specific Marketing activities
* Business planning through resource allocation, territory planning an budget setting
* Leverage sales initiatives to achieve business goals
* Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Oracle Direct management to create a positive communication and reporting environment
* Establish annual team objectives in conjunction with the Oracle Field Sales Manager
* Implement quarterly action plan to ensure attainment of business goals.
* Set individual quarterly performance objectives for team members from departmental goals and measure regularly against objectives.
* Ensure high quality service for customer queries through on-going training & coaching of Internet Sales Agents
* Reporting i.e. submit monthly performance reports to Field Sales Manager and the Oracle University Sales Director
* Demonstrate time management, strong sales skills and knowledge of Oracle/Competition.
* The role demands candidates to work according with the local country Business Hours and Public Holidays.

CERINTE

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 3+ years sales/call centre management experience
* Proven experience and ability in people management in a multilingual/multicultural environment
* Fluency in two or more of the following languages: English, French, German or Dutch
