- Identifies, develops and monitors improvement methods for existing sales systems, according to the business requirements and end user needs
- Participates in system development and/or implementation projects and offers technical support to the end users
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of data entered, imported and processed in sales systems
- Analyses the impact and interaction between the systems, proposes solutions for process improvements and workflows optimization within existing applications
- University degree in IT, Economics or Technical area
- Relevant professional experience in a position dealing with complex informatics systems
- SAP – SD knowledge; BW and/or other SAP modules would be an advantage
- Computer skills: MS Office; knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, UML etc. would be an advantage
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving approach
- Project management proficiency and result oriented
- Teamwork and with initiative
- Self management, planning and organizing skills
