ISG Personnel Management is looking for his client, a leading producer of Aluminum systems from Greece, member of an International Group, for a Sales Support Specialist
Reporting to the Sales Manager of the Co, the appointed person will have the following responsibilities:
- Receipt and evaluation of customer orders
- Performing availability check of materials, as well as customers’ credit control
- Fast responding (Offering) to customers’ requests
- Follow-up of the Order - cycle in order to ensure the timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up of material’s stock and ordering to Companies suppliers.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 2-3 years experience in similar position, preferably in the Industrial Sector. Exposure to an international environment is desirable
- English & P.C. Fluent (particularly MS Excel)
- University degree in desirable but not a prerequisite
- Orientation towards results and capacity to perform well under pressure
