- Prepares and administers contracts, commissions and bonuses for internal and external sales distribution partners
- Prepares documentation and ensures authorization for company’s sales agents
- Collects data, analyzes and extracts different reports
- Maintains and update sales database
- Assures a clear, concise, accurate and direct communication between the Company’s headquarters and the distribution partners
- Contributes to creating and implementing operational procedures
- Undertakes other administration or office-based duties for sales department
- University degree;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (relevant experience in insurance field constitutes an advantage);
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access);
- Good command of English;
- Proactive, organized, analytical person;
- Attention to details and accuracy;
- Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize;
- Results oriented;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team player
