RESPONSABILITATI

·Serve as liaison between internal and external clients and various departments of the Bank;
·Propely use and improve the Bank's applications in order to efficiently deal with clients' requests;
·Analyse the information and consolidate the data for management use;
·Actively involve in product / process improvement based on feedback from internal and external clients;
·Deal with branches inquiries, problems and complaints promptly and within established guidelines, communicating and tracking them to the people / department in charge or solving them in cooperation with the people / department in charge.


CERINTE

· University degree;
· Word processing, database creation and maintenance;
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;
· Fluency in English.
