RESPONSABILITATI

Sales support officer undertakes administration and other office-based duties for sales executives:
- handling all correspondence and organising contact between the sales executives and their customers and suppliers;
- maintaining customer/supplier records;
- keeping records of visits and sales;
- taking, progressing and monitoring orders;
- processing invoices and accounts;
- preparing estimates and quotations for customers;
- drawing up tender documents or contracts;
- keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management.


CERINTE

- An advanced English level
- PC literate, especially MS Office user
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions, and to work productively
- Previous experience on a similar position (would be a plus) or as a receptionist, secretary, customer service etc.
- Planning and organizing skills
