-to contact our partners and distributors in South America, Spain and Portugal for commercial and marketing activities, to handle all the export process for these countries, to allocate new potential distributors in this region
-provide customers with complete product information including detailed comprehensive analysis
-support resale channel partners
-support for area sales managers for logistical in their territories
-scheduling appointments for field sales managers
-assist in coordination for installations and service support team
-report sales achievements
-export coordinator
-2+ years sales experience within IT&C sales support or tele-sales
-ability to speak, read, write in English/Spanish
-understand and thrive on dealing with company's customers
-excellent verbal/written communications and telephone skills
-other language skills, whilst not essential, would be beneficial
-numerical skills
-computer literate with good knowledge Word, Outlook, Internet, intermediate level Excel, good typing skills
-outgoing personality
-a team player/self-starter with the ability to work and generate revenue using own initiative.
-a customer driven approach and good customer management skills.
-experience of working under pressure and with minimum supervision.
-well organized and disciplined with regards policy, procedure and standards.
-can set priorities and be flexible in changing environment.
-ability to report and project accurately and according to agreed timeframes.
