Preparing the Lease Agreements and all related documents according with Regional Administration Procedures;
Obtaining the delivery term, Pro-forma, specifications of good from dealers;
Obtaining the signed Lease/Purchase Agreements from clients/dealers;
Obtaining the Pro-forma Invoice from Bucharest Sales Support Department and handing it to clients;
Sending the payments confirmation by fax;
Answer the phone calls and maintaining the relationship with clients/dealers;
Other activities required to support Craiova Regional Team.
A.S.E graduate (preferably faculty FABB or Accounting)
Strong knowledge of financial mathematics;
Basic knowledge of international commercial transactions;
Basic knowledge of commercial law;
Very organized and good communicator;
Able to work under deadlines;
English language knowledge;
PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Access);
Resident in Constanta.
