Managing, motivating, training and coaching sales representatives
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, performing specific services for customers
Monitors the key performance indicators for Sales team
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties
Evaluates and appraises on a monthly basis Sales staff performance against individual targets
English is a must; German/ French is a plus
University degree
Minimum 5 years experience
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
PC knowledge: MS Office
