RESPONSABILITATI

Hotline:
o answer calls for specified customer as 1st level
o route incident/issue/information to key ressource inside Xerox Germany
Local Helpdesk:
o key contact person for all topics of the customer
o take over incident from customer by phone or mail
o route ticket to definied teams (different for XPS, MPS, technology)
o support for customer escalations
o use ticketsystem of customer (web based)
o order supplies for customer
Administration LEO&GDO accounts:
o create information for retrievel of devices (frame contract)
o execute ordering process for demo-devices
o customer escalation
o create standard calkulation with PA34 tool (p.ex. For dissolution of one device contract)
Order management Xerox-devices:
o order management together with OTC-Krakau
o order management 3rd party (not SRM)
Rollout-Support T&T:
o participation at project status-calls for individual projects
o take over responsibility as workstream-owner for "xerox device ordering"
o extrax informations from order process for rolloutplan

o Knowledge of Excel, Word mandatory
