Talent Stream is recruiting a Sales Support Assistant for our client, a production company acting in telecommunication equipments domain.
Responsibilities:
Constant communication with sales representatives and clients regarding orders
Arrange customer orders and deliveries
Maintain customer criteria for handling invoices
Monitor and manage sales leads
Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports
Assist Sales Manager and sales team to carry out duties and achieve results
Follow up the payments to be collected
Job requirements:
Graduate in economics - MANDATORY
Excell - advanced level - MANDATORY
Accurate spoken and written English - MANDATORY
Ability to initiate contact and communication
Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact may be beneficial
Ability to work hard and smart
Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
Passionate about customer service
Highly self-motivated
Warm, friendly and engaging personality
Fast learner
