RESPONSABILITATI

As part of the Global Sales Team, Sales Support Analyst will undertake part of administrative duties of Sales department and will complement KAMs selling activities by providing value added support for day-to-day as well as strategic activities of the sales department.
Preference will be given to those with sales experience in automotive field, but consideration will be given those with proven sales ability in other associated areas.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Sales Administrative Documentation, process and coordination;
• Generate weekly/monthly related sales reports to the management;
• Global Account Receivables management;
• Monitor, handle and maintain on the master price list under KAMs request and information according to internal procedures;
• Manage sales and margin performance by customer and reference by key drivers dashboard preparation and maintenance;
• As part of Sales Team, liaise with NPI, Marketing, Finance, AME, Engineering, Production Departments on Sales Support related matters;
• Support for profitability enhancement through detailed analysis of the major sales accounts;
• Capture sales activities process improvements actions, make proposals;
• Maintaining the record of team wise targets and up to date sales achievements;
• Handling correspondents with existing / potential customers on behalf and for members of the global sales team;
Secondary responsibilities:
• Contribute and support the territory plan conjunction with the KAMs;
• Participate in funnel meetings, as appropriate, as well as planning and delivery of the annual territory and account plans;
• Provide support for open territory funnel coverage, as directed by Sales Excellence Leader;


CERINTE

• Bachelor degree in mathematics, economics or engineering;
• Good team player with strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
• General awareness and understanding of the function of Sales Support Analyst;
• 1-3 years sales/sales support, customer service experience considered; Automobiles Industry background will be an added advantage;
• Experience working in a goal oriented and multicultural environment;
• Strong organization / prioritization skills;
• Able multi-task, responsible, hand-on, result oriented and willing to work under pressure; proven ability to meet deadlines;
• SAP knowledge’s and experience, preferable;
• Strong knowledge’s of MS Office; Data Base, Visio, Share Point and Mind Manager experience, preferred;
• Good written and verbal English, German preferable;
• Accuracy and attention to details;
• Good administrative skills;
• Quick learning and proactive; Open minded and out of the box thinking;
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with people at all levels;
Context of the role:
• Reports to Global OE/S Sales Excellence Leader and Global OE/S Sales Manager and acts as support for all regions KAMs.
• Full time job, and implies 15% willingness to travel across FM facilities;
