-Review cases of suspected fraud triggered manually (via Manual Triggers, Business Rule Triggers) and or/ systematically (via the Deal Compliance System)
-Retrieve data from HP system (incase data enrichment is missing)
-Partner communication (Request, Reminder, Result)
-Perform the End User Verification check
-Tracks End User Verification result ("open"/ "closed" reporting file and enters the End User Verification result into the Deal Compliance System
Consequence Management:
- Coordinate re-bill requests
- Follow up with HP internal for consequences taken (e.g. re-bill paid by HP reseller, contracts terminated, etc)
- Highlights Special Pricing (Order Processing Guideline) Terms & Conditions to the Tier 1 or Tier 2 or triggers HP Sales to do so
- Tracks the follow up on decisions taken
-Fluent in English, written and spoken
-Excellent communication and Networking skills
-Customer service mentality
-Ability to handle conflict situation
-Problem solving ability
-Excellent Analytical skills
-Excellent reporting and presentation skills
-Expert knowledge of Excel
-Strong Planning and organization skills
-Ability to grain expert knowledge of HP internal information systems
