-Responsible for developing & implementing process quality improvements & re-engineering projects within IPGS operations department, working cooperatively at the country, and/or region.
-May act in the role of Program Manager, leading the project team for specific deliverables.
-Contributes to continual process improvement activities in area(s) of responsibility, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction & high standards of business control.
-Evaluates and makes recommendations on specifications for new system tools or existing system enhancements.
-Plans, implements & trains on new processes & system tools both within IPGS Operations & the broader business teams.
-Develops, monitors & reports on ongoing performance metrics.
-Participates & may lead process initiatives for Business Operations.
-Responsible for the design, documentation and implementation of administrative processes.
-Ensure appropriate levels of performance and quality are attained. Adhering to HP's corporate guidelines while minimizing administrative costs through identifying and implementation of improvements in efficiency.
-Gather information and analyze process information to identify areas of improvement.
-Identify and communicate training gaps to management.
-Co-ordinate/lead/perform local testing when requested.
-Keep technically peaked on business policies/procedures in order to provide sound judgment and decisions.
-Provide Process insight/Business knowledge to the report owners.
-Run Monthly reports for analysis/purpose and creation of specific reports on demand for managers and for customers.
Other Responsibilities
-Timely production of the monthly metrics across all activities within the process.
-Provide expertise and gives consultancy to the management team
-Maintain regular analysis of all kinds ( System, defect, Accuracy, TAT - turn around time).
-Update training materials and user guides for the transitioned processes
-Maintain standard SOW (Statement of Work).
-Audit compliance, Ensure the team is geared up for the forthcoming audits (internal and external).
-Should be able to provide reporting to the Management team at any given point of time. ( control and monitor on reports, data availability).
-Tracking of environmental changes that can have an impact on the process and implementation of the right action plan to adapt these changes ( process on customer side, systems evolution on the customer side).
-Proficiency of Microsoft Office Professional software (knowledge regarding Outlook, Access and Excel is a must).
-Good understanding of business process; \Bachelor’s / graduate degree;
-Advanced written and spoken English skills.
-+ 3 years working experience.
-International experience / international business exposure / Business & Process Outsourcing knowledge in contract management, telephone support/call centers, microcomputer industry will be highly appreciated.
-Excellent communication and convincing skills.
-Team spirit and team player.
-Strong planning and organizing capabilities.
-Experience in SAP — Contract Management is an asset.
