RESPONSABILITATI

Overall purpose of the job:

Ensures support for the General Manager and for the Sales department, based in Bucharest.
Main responsibilities of the job include:

- Providing secretarial support to the General Manager, including business correspondence, translations, presentations, responses, arranging appointments / meetings, maintaining appointment schedule, answering and transferring telephone calls, maintaining files, registering outgoing and incoming mail, operating fax and copiers, and binding documents;
- Assist the team in all business related activities;
- Write, register and fill company documents;
- Accounting responsibilities for the department ??? purchasing orders, bills payment
- Updating databases (mailing lists, client contacts, newsletter subscribers, etc.);
- Attending to clients and visitors;
- Build and update various web researches
- Various Customer Support activities: answer questions and solve customers' issues related to lead-times, prices and technical aspects


CERINTE

- University degree
- 1-2 years working experience in related areas (sales assistant, assistant manager etc.) would be an advantage
- Fluency in English language
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point); presentation skills, well-organized, pro-active attitude, problem solving attitude, professional appearance, enthusiasm.
-Tact, discretion, integrity and an ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
