RESPONSABILITATI

- Opens, date stamps, sorts, and distributes mail.
- Answers telephone and provides information.
- Takes phone or visitor messages and delivers to appropriate individual.
- Greets visitors to the office and directs them to appropriate individual.
- Composes and types routine correspondence and memoranda using word and outlook processing software.
- Compiles and types monthly reports including tables and text using spreadsheet software.
- Creates and maintain customer data bases up-to-date.
- Assists Office Manager with monitoring office supplies.
- Operates and maintains fax machine.
- Makes copies, collates, and staples materials as requested.
- Establishes and maintains permanent files, files and retrieves files as requested.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Correspondence & communication with customers and suppliers
- Assures on schedule replies from heat of department
- Drafting commercial correspondence
- Issues on time reporting
- Liaise with department heat for info proceeding
- Manage meeting schedules and effectiveness
- Monitor record and transmit invoices to the external accountant. Provide the 3-way check to the finance department.
- Liaise with profess associations and coordinate course
- Successfully provide pre -sales support as in factory lead time, product availability
- Insure smooth transaction of order processing and execution through Logistics dept., warehouse; forwarding companies and clients
- Implement Credit control/accounting procedures related to client order processing
- Insure all cross functional departmental issues are carried out successfully such as service, logistics, marketing, finance, credit control

- English- fluent
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Able to work under pressure and in a changing environment
- Organised, able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
