With the following main tasks:

Customer contact is the main emphasis of this demanding and very busy role. Every contact is an opportunity to impress and improve sales. You'll provide a team of sales professionals the pre-sales support to deliver best of breed products, solutions and services. You will ensure the Order Management and Claims Management activities for a determined portfolio of Supplies channel partners. Your approach will be an end2end one, starting with the pre-sales and ending with the post-sales activities.

Responding to inquiries, advising on optimal solutions, contributing to competitive quotation and assisting at external sales events, you'll add strength to the whole sales process, building up our image and encouraging the sharing of knowledge.

Customer Satisfaction
- Contract registration;
- Clear up errors without waiting for delivery inputs, try to avoid reactive
resolution;
- Active relationship management with stakeholders.

Specific role tasks

- Registration of contracts;
- Final registration of contracts;
- Ongoing contracts changes;
- Customer support
- Handling of renewal process for the customer;
- Operational review;

Other responsibilities

- Operational excellence, customer satisfaction with your dedicated tasks.
- Quality measures of the data in the systems - which are being checked by error
reporting, feedback from the Front Office Administration team, feedback from
customers, supported countries and the local delivery organization.
- Furthermore deadlines for every specific task have to be respected.


CERINTE

-One or two years experience in sales admin support job with basic administrative & clerical support for sales and in sales for advanced level role
-Experience in calling the customers or in external customer interface
-Fluent in written and spoken English. Languages like French, German known at fluent level will be a strong plus;
-Customer oriented;
-Details and quality oriented with high analytical skills;
-Computer literate — Microsoft Package (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer);
-A person interested and motivated by back office work.
-Detailed oriented person
