Essential Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Two- three years of inbound and/or outbound telephone sales experience;
- Proven successful B2B - IT sales and account management experience;
- Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities using effective organizational and time-management skills;
- Energetic, innovative, and flexible personality;
- Detail oriented and self-motivated;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision; also can be an effective team member;
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions;
Would be considered a great advantage:
- Previous experience in marketing/direct marketing, media, agency environment;
- Graduate in marketing or business related degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Pack and the proven experience in an Online Environment.
- Advanced knowledge of other languages is an advantage (French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, etc.).
