CERINTE

Requirements:
• University graduate with 4+ years of work experience;
• Excellent knowledge of the Sales process;
• Fluent in English ;
• Good interpersonal and team skills;
• Demonstrated problem solving skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills – ability to interact at all organizational levels;
• Ability to work and act independently;
• Strong analytical and research skills;
• Ability to work under pressure, on own initiative as well as part of a team;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Display pro-activeness, initiative and adopt a problem-solving attitude;
• Proactive team driver and source of motivation;
• Previous experience in dental field is a plus.

• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in Romania in order to generate new business for the company’s products.
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service colleagues.
• Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
• Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products.
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory.
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Participates in trade shows and convention.
• Arrange and control the post sales activities such as coordinating with the project management, following up on sales commitments and collecting the payments
• Performs in compliance with state and company regulations, policies, procedures and standards;
• Promote and present the company’s products in front of new clients through a professional approach
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
