Develop new business by presenting integrated marketing solutions on the phone and face-to-face
Plan and strategically prospect, call, meet and close best opportunities
Communicate with Customers proactively, via phone and email as well as in 1:1 meetings, engaging decision makers
Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
Fluency in written and spoken Hungarian or Bulgarian + English (mandatory)
High school diploma or equivalent experience. College degree a plus
Deep understanding of all facets of the sales cycle including communicating, negotiating, and the ability to sell based on value - not price
Revenue focus, confident tenacious approach and hardworking
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years online experience selling video, rich media, or custom branded solutions or equivalent practical experience
Preferably outbound sales experience in an advertising sales/business development and/or online media environment
Proven technical ability with customer-relationship management programs
