- Responsible for building up tire sales network and developing the sales to the truck fleets and/or industrial field on the designated territory and its systematic development
- Prepares general sales strategy in this respect on the market.
- Prepares proposals of contract arrangements with particular customers
- Prepare plans and realizes actions to support sales in closed co-operation with Head Office and other support departments of the Company
- Integral part of his/her job is sales forecasts, price analyses and credit conditions proposals
- Monitor and report the market situation on regular base
- Monitor customers' credit limits and adjust them to specific customers accordingly
- He/she is in constant contacts with the customers organizing for them marketing and special training.
- Creates long-term relationships with key customers
- He/she follows in all his/her work activities legal norms valid in the country and internal regulations of the Company
- Application of standard warranty policy
- On side tire inspection and complain handling
- Monitoring and applying local legal requirements
- Provide reporting of travels planned, outcome of visits to customers and other general reports
- Basic product presentation
- Technical or economical university studies
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field (mandatory on tires - trucks, industrial)
- Advanced level of English
- Good communication skills,
- Representative style,
- Very good knowledge of automotive and industrial market and potential customers (car and spare parts dealers)
- Time flexibility and mobility
- Driving license
