• Executes cost efficient sales upon approval of price and contract conditions by the Head of Sales. Searches for and develops sales growth opportunities through development of customer base and development of product range.
• Ensures control of dispatching, product limits and accounts receivable. Ensures cash collection for the shipped products.
• Provides plans as per shipments and payment receivables from the customers.
• Ensures data input to corporate ERP system as per customer needs, volumes sold, reservation of the goods and conditions of the deal.
• Provides active market information for further analysis and forecasts.
• Ensures timely and accurate reporting on operations in the scope of responsibility.
• Contributes to planning, monitoring and budgeting activities in the sub-region.
• Reviews claims from the clients and conducts work toward claims settling.
• University degree in business administration, economics, marketing, industrial engineering or other related area.
• Sales working experience of 3y+.
• Good knowledge of steel industry and steel market (Romanian/SEE steel market in particular) and sales working experience in Romania within steel industry as strong asset.
• Understanding of sales documentary support activities, able to cope with numerical data and demonstrate accuracy.
• Good knowledge of English, and other European language as an asset.
• Customer-oriented. Ability to work effectively with diverse clients, result oriented and high energy.
• Innovative and proactive problem solving skills, ability to exercise integrity. Open-minded, self-starter, good team player and willing to learn.
• Very good PC knowlwdge (Word, Excel, Power Point); experience in working with an ERP is an asset.
• Driving licence - B category
• Available for extensive traveling within the country
