On behalf of our client, a leading supplier of entrance automation solutions for efficient flow of goods and people, we are looking for a Sales Representative with strong knowledge of industrial services, sales of service, spare parts and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a Sales Coverage strategy to grow sales and market share;
Growing sales proactively in the assigned territory;
Develop and manage territory key performance indicators (KPI’s);
Proactively building and maintaining relationship with large end-users in Manufacturing;
Identify and classify the sales potential of each client;
Permanently representing the company’s products in the Bucharest and the rest of the contry;
Managing the relationship with customers of all levels to ascertain the maximum penetration of products in the area;
Translate customer feedback into meaningful and effective marketing materials and collateral;
Communicate with a variety of decision makers, prospecting, profiling, qualifying, identifying client needs and presenting solutions;
Rapidly establish a network of clients developing relationships;
Negotiate supplier/vendor contracts (when necessary) and maintain positive relations;
Preparing offers for the new projects;
Ensure that parts ordered comply with engineering specifications;
Following-up correctly and timely delivery of confirmed orders;
Permanent tracking of outstanding offers and therefore ascertaining a high hit rate between quotations and confirmed orders;
Creating weekly reports to management.
Desfasurarea activitatii de vanzari si folosirea tuturor abilitatilor pentru vanzarea produselor catre beneficiari; Coordonoarea, monitorizarea si dezvoltarea retelei de clienti;
Mentinerea si dezvoltarea de relatii directe cu clientii importanti, pentru castigarea increderii si fidelizarea acestora;
Monitorizarea prezentei si activitatii concurentei pe piata;
Studierea documentatiei si cataloagelor de produse ale furnizorilor, perfectionarea continua a nivelului de cunostinte tehnice;
Stapanirea tehnicii prospectarii si calificarii prospectilor, pentru eficientizarea activitatii;
Solicitarea de la client a informatiilor complete si colaborarea cu departamentul de arhitectura pentru intocmirea ofertei de pret;
Negocierea elementelor proiectului si incheierea contractelor de vanzare;
Recuperarea integrala a debitelor clientului, conform contractului;
Urmarirea derularii proiectului si participarea la receptia lucrarilor de montaj;
Intocmirea si transmiterea, la termenele stabilite, a rapoartele de vanzari solicitate.
