Our Client is a Polish company operating also on foreign markets and is present on Polish market for almost 20 years and is a leader as far as its products range is concerned.

Our Client has been successfully developing their sales in the markets of Eastern Europe for about 5 years now – through distributors.

Our Client manufactures many high-quality and effective insecticides, offering wide range of products for household, being a leading manufacturer of glue-traps – ecological and environment safe alternative to chemicals. They also produce fertilizers.

Their two channels of distribution are: market chains (e.g. Tesco) and garden/ household market chains (e.g. Castorama).

Our Client’s most popular products are repellents (sprays against mosquitoes, ticks, etc.; mosquito sticks, electro plug-ins).

Other facts about our Client:
• 11000 square meters of buildings in Poland;
• Modern laboratory;
• 15000 palette places;
• ISO 9001:2000;
• 52 sales representatives in Poland;
• Partners in Poland: Metro, Tesco, Auchan, Carrefour, Selgros, Real, Kaufland, Billa, Intermarche, Castorama, Leroy Merlin, Praktiker, Bricomarche.

This is a permanent position. Our Client is already present on Romanian market through cooperation with major distribution companies. Their aim is to strengthen their position into the local market and ensure the cooperation with distributors is effective.

Our Client does not have any office facilities or any sales team in Romania. The sales representative – as a sole representative in Romania – will report directly to Export Director seated in Poland and will work closely with our client’s export department.

Depending on the increase of sales in Romania, there is a possibility that our Client will expand sales representation in Romania and this is an opportunity for the candidate who would be in charge of other sales representatives employed by our Client in the future.


CERINTE

DUTIES OF THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
• Communication with existing customers (market chains, wholesalers, traditional shops);
• Attracting new clients ;
• Processing orders and cooperating with distributors;
• Prospecting and proposing business plans.

We expect that the Sales Representative will travel a lot across the country in order to maintain a regular contact with customers and to start cooperation with new ones. No office days are expected.

WHAT WE EXPECT
• At least 2 years experience in FMCG (drogery/ household chemistry);
• Knowledge of FMCG sales techniques, strategic business focus;
• Very strong negotiation and selling skills;
• Working knowledge of English or Russian will be considered as advantage.

Experience in FMCG:
• Drogery (popular, widespread products available in market chains)
 NOT colorful cosmetics,
 NOT perfumes,
 NOT professional cosmetics available in pharmacies
• Household chemistry (e.g. washing powders, washing up liquids, tooth pastes, cleaning products)
