-implements sales plans
-contributes to preparing sales plans and forecasts
-increases the turnover and financial contribution in his area
-secures customer base and sales volumes by bringing-in new clients and/or new products
-manages customers in his area in all relevant commercial affairs
-works closely together with sales desk management
-builds long-term customer relationships
-evaluates products to customers
-is involved in pricing, delivery and payment
-accountable for achieving sales targets
-college/university degree in trade, commerce, marketing or techinical field
-minimum 1-2 years of commercial experience
-has on-hands experience with sales, marketing, product promotion, customer management, etc
-has good planning, budgeting, costs analysis skills and experience
-has basic knowledge on quality and production
-very good communication and organizing skills
-knowledge of major legal requirements on trade and customs in Romania
-very flexible, team player
-availabel to travel in Romania
