RESPONSABILITATI

Identify and contact prospects, visit customers, negotiate changes to expectations to ensure pool efficiency, prepare and present service offers, analyse credit risk, negotiate and close sales;
Identify, contact and grow new business opportunities primarily within the FMCG sector at the first step, and new fields of area afterwards;
Efficient Sales reporting using specific IT tools;
Prepare client interaction: set pre-meeting objectives, make post meeting reports;
Identify barriers to pool discipline, ensure pool discipline, introduce the company's technology, manage handover to customer service;
Manage activities to meet budget targets;
Generate a high number of quality prospects for sales pipeline;
Respond quickly and effectively to queries;
Fully evaluate the needs of the customers and uses this information well in proposals;
Display a sense of urgency and drive for closure;
Explain complex situations in an easily understood manner;
Maintain high standards of planning and tracking;
Understands all systems used by the company and the use of data within those systems;
Actively contributes to the development and success of a highly performing team;
Helps to identify and contribute to performance continual improvement activities.


CERINTE

University graduate - desirable;
2-5 years Sales experience (preferably within the Logistics industry, with a strong will to grow as a Sales representative within a growing company);
Experienced in the application of MS Office, CRM;
Results and customer oriented, with a positive and constructive attitude;
Ability to work within a multi-national company and a matrix structure;
Ability to work independently and to integrate within a dynamic team;
Fluent in English.
