• Leasing spaces in accordance with the tenant mix and with property budget requirements.
• Identifying and approaching prospective tenants
• Participating in community and regional activities with relevance for the Real Estate Business
• Preparing and submitting proposals
• Maintaining leasing status reports and accurate records with respect to potential tenants

• Management, Economic or Marketing Degree
• Experience in a similar job preferential in retail sector and/or real estate international companies
• Fluent in English and Romanian (spoken and written)
• Microsoft Office Tools knowledge
