RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for the closing and fulfillment of new and renewal opportunities featuring in the pipeline. The Sales Representative has the same revenue growth targets as the company’s Partners so is co-responsible for all operations necessary to profitably retain, grow and service the company’s customers and partners.
• Work with the Partner Managers and partner accounts to maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with the Partner Managers and partners to develop and execute against a go-to market strategy.
• Support customer acquisition, conversion and retention targets for each partner account.
• Be the single point of contact for the Partners and customers for the closing, fulfillment and renewal of opportunities.
• Become an expert on company’s products, competition and the markets in which the Sales Representative is active.
• Work together with Partners to forecast pipeline and revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Generate and handover new business and revenue opportunities.
• Manage the lead queues towards customers and partners.
• Qualify inbound leads and distribute to proper partners.
• Generate leads through call out actions, either from supplied lists or in cooperation with partners.


CERINTE

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a partner management, sales, or telesales related role.
• Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with multiple stake holders such as partner managers, support staff, partners, customers.
• Customer focused and a partner advocate.
• Hands-on, independent who plans, prepares and executes professionally.
• Ability to work well with deadlines.
• High energy, enthusiasm and initiative.
• Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
• Higher education Bachelor/Msc.
• Fluent/excellent mastery of German verbal and writing is a must; fluent mastery of English verbal is a must.
