Real Estate company is looking to hire assertive sales person for residential develepmnet showroom, reporting to the Sales Manager.
The holder will maintain and grow the customer data base by ensuring client satisfaction and gaining client’s trust and comittment.

Job Description:
-act a professional representative for the company offering assistance and consultancy to customers and support in decision making
-develop the relationship with the existing portfolio at high level of excellency
-hunt for new clients and opportunities and grow database
-create and display an open and inviting atmosphere in the showroom and boost customer trust
-provide detailed presentation and accurate information regarding the development, financial offers, special promotions, market trends
-prepare, negociate and conclude contracts, follw the evolution of the contracts
-prepare weekly and monthly reports and special analysis of the competition
-plan and prioritize personal sales activity and client contact
-play an active role in handing over the finished units and handle customers demands and suggestions
-act as a key factor in the design of the Sales Strategy


CERINTE

Required Skills:

-at least 1 year experience in Sales
-1 year experience in Real Estate would be an advantage
-good communication and negotiation skills
-communicative,open-minded,pro-active
-good and trustworthy teamplayer
-analytical and strategic thinking
-discipline and good work organisation
-customer focus, result-oriented
-advanced English knowledge
-PC knowledge
