- Developing continuously and systematically the market for agro crop protection products, requiring intense technical assistance towards customers;
- Providing technical assistance for customers and collaboration within international sales teams;
- Being responsible for continuous contact with traditional as well as potential customers;
- Discussing and negotiating with guideline from the department manager in order to obtain new orders and agreements;
- Being responsible for market information and research of market shares and prices both regarding the customers and the competition;
- Being responsible for the achievement of planed turnover & collection of debts;
- Offering for technical support and documentation of the customer;
- Visiting customers as per a weekly visit plan;
- Following up on stock management;
- Organising product presentations and demos as well as providing samples in order to introduce new products.
- Experience in selling products for Crop Protection (3 years);
- University degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or Horticulture is an advantage;
- Very good skills in communication and negotiations with Customers;
- Frequent traveller in the country (clean driving license);
- Good English, German is a plus;
- Good computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point;
- Strong motivation and sense of self- organization.
