RESPONSABILITATI

Principal Accountabilities

1. Sales Objectives
· implementing promotional and sales efforts according to sales plan of assigned product portfolio in respective area to achieve revenue, profitability and expansion targets
· selling products and services and consulting actively customers in technical, scientific, organizational and financial decisions
· ollowing up the sales from the contract up to the delivery and post-sales activities to the satisfaction of the customer (e.g. familiarizing with systems, applicative support, post-support services)
· dealing with customers’ complaints, providing feedback to Area Sales Manager and keeps track of the course of settlement of complaints
· planning and implementing tenders or private contracts (preparation and determination of conditions according to framework directives, monitoring, acquisition and conclusion of contracts, and follow up)
· executing and assessing pilot tests for customer projects in order to minimize risks that can appear in the implementation of the project results (communication, documentation etc.)

2. Business Development
· maintaining existing and developing potential key customer base
· identifying market opportunities and threats regarding portfolio, customer, competition and regulatory
· suggesting appropriate measures for the achievement of objectives in collaboration with Sales management and marketing function
· developing the existing services and developing new ones for the different target groups (Customized Service)
· supporting the marketing, branding and awareness of products and services

3.Controlling and Reporting
· monitoring the product and service quality, customer satisfaction and profitability (analysis and benchmarking)
· providing feedback on planned and current activities, on customer feedback (claims, requests) and market information to Sales Management on a weekly basis

4. External and Internal collaboration

· representing the company, developing and maintaining enduring, value-driven relationships with the stakeholders of the company (customers, suppliers, other companies)

5. As marginal functions the Sales Representative would have to participate in international projects, trainings and events and also to be a real support to customers when going to congresses and company events.

CERINTE

Professional Skills

· University degree in Natural / Life Sciences, Economics or related qualification
· ideally 3 years of experience in Sales Representative/ Account Manager with in-field customer care experience in diagnostics market
· good knowledge of organizational and financial procedures in medical laboratories (in detail)
· good knowledge of Regulatory and Law procedures related to the procurement and selling policies in the Romania Market and particularly in the Romania Public Sector
· fluent English skills, German would be an advantage
· good PC-skills (MS-Office: Word, Excel, Power Point; MS Outlook)
· driving license
