RESPONSABILITATI

The job includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
-Prepare, organize, manage and supervise work and tasks on the field of the companies sales
-Market researches and prospecting , identifies needs and proposes best solutions for the clients
-Maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients
-Provides technical assistance to clients
-Makes commercial offers and negotiates the sales contracts
-Promotes and sells our client's solutions and services
-Achieves and exceeds sales objectives and customer expectations
-Achieves targets, winnings of new and retaining old customers
-Reports to the Executive Manager and achieves monthly sales targets
-Monitoring competition and supervise the activities in sales environment
-Manage and update records of clients and potential users,


Acest post include, dar nu se limiteaza la urmatoarele responsabilitati:
-Elaborarea si implementare planului de vanzari in concordanta cu politicile firmei.
-Preluarea comenzilor , centralizarea si transmiterea acestora, urmarirea si efectuarea incasarilor.
-Up-datarea permanenta a bazei de clienti existente.
-Monitorizarea concurentei,prospectarea pietii de profil si analiza rezultatelor.
-Intocmirea rapoartelor de activitate si predarea acestora la timp catre conducerea companiei.
-Raspunde pentru corecta executare a contractelor si acordurilor incheiate cu clientii din portofoliu.
-Oferirea de consultanta catre clienti, prezentari de solutii optime cerintelor.
-Participarea la programele de training.


CERINTE

-Sales experience and skills, commercial character, capable in sales of technical products.
-Experience in construction area is an advantaje.
-University degree, preferable in economics or tehnics.
-Customer focused ,able to work independently in the areas assigned to him/ her, but at the same time very communicative and team player,
Motivated to work with people “on the street” (approx. 80% of the time)
-Self-motivated, ambitious, hard-working, organized and self confident, open minded
-Problem-solving attitude, dynamic, communicative, good coordinator strong in convincing people.
-Fluent in English,( German is an advantage)
-Basic computer knowledge in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
-Driving license B

-Experienta si aptitudini in vanzari, capabil sa vanda produse tehnice cu aplicatii in mare parte in constructii.
-studii superioare finalizate (domeniu economic, tehnic)
-Focusat pe clienti, capabil sa lucreze independent pe teren ( 80% din timp ) si in acelasi timp sa comunice cu echipa de la birou.
-Excelente abilitati de comunicare si negociere, atitudine deschisa, comunicativa, ambitioasa, serios,loial.
-Perseverenta in realizarea obiectivelor de vanzari
-Capacitate de asimilare rapida a informatiilor noi
-Fluent in engleza(germana e un avantaj)
-Cunostinte de in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
-Permis categoria B
