Maximizing sales and measuring sales performance on a daily basis by reference to class sales reports;
Providing outstanding service to the customers;
Managing and developing the relationship with existing and potential clients;
Promoting the Company’s new products and services to all key account clients;
Preparing offers and managing the furnishing projects including the logistic coordination (purchasing, transport, delivery and assembling);
Assuring that the documents ( contracts, bills ) are correctly fulfilled and that the clients make the reception of the good in a legally manner;
Monitoring the payment schedule for customers and reacts appropriate in case of delay ;
Preparing for and attending events (fairs, exhibits, etc) with sales potential at local and national level;
Identifying and resolving clients' concerns;
Preparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
University degree;
At least 3 years experience in sales, preferably in office furniture industry;
Strong experience in negotiating with corporate customers;
Fluent in English;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Able to persuade and influence others;
Strong problem solving skills;
Able to utilize advertising and/or sales promotion techniques;
Able to gather data, compile information and prepare reports;
Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
