RESPONSABILITATI

- prepare, organize, manage and supervise work and tasks on the field of the companies sales,
- prepare sales policies (price, product, etc.) and coordinate activities for the realization of adopted policies;
- prepare yearly budget draft;
- inform users and customers on final prices after the approval of the superior officer,
- prepare and distribute client contracts after the approval of the superior officer,
- manage and actively realize term schedules of sales activities,
- manage and update records of clients and potential users,
- implement methods and procedures of market segmentation and target customers, following the company’s policy and procedures
- format and introduce methodologies and procedures for the creation and updating of product catalogue and company services, for analyzing profitability of products, services, business relations with clients, distributional paths and perform tests and prepare reports about the products of competitors,
- prepare proposals for the implementation of modern sales paths and distribution channels that will promoted the company,
- examine the market and collect information about the competition
- maintain proper tracing system,
- prepare monthly reports and when demanded according to the needs of the superior officers, also other reports,
- maintain a good relationship with key prospects, update the key accounts with any changes in the company,
- maintain an updated database,
- educate staff (organization and realization of project education, Branding conference, etc.) and make proper report to the management,
- manage and realize tasks in the work frame of sales and implementation team and IT department.


CERINTE

Requirements:

- minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Marketing or sale of services, client service, business development;
- university degree;
- fluent in English ;
- excellent communication skills and negotiating abilities.
