RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, a leading supplier of entrance automation solutions for efficient flow of goods and people, we are looking for a Sales Representative with strong knowledge of industrial services, sales of service, spare parts and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a Sales Coverage strategy to grow sales and market share;
Growing sales proactively in the assigned territory;
Develop and manage territory key performance indicators (KPI’s);
Proactively building and maintaining relationship with large end-users in Manufacturing;
Identify and classify the sales potential of each client;
Permanently representing the company’s products in the Bucharest and the rest of the contry;
Managing the relationship with customers of all levels to ascertain the maximum penetration of products in the area;
Translate customer feedback into meaningful and effective marketing materials and collateral;
Communicate with a variety of decision makers, prospecting, profiling, qualifying, identifying client needs and presenting solutions;
Rapidly establish a network of clients developing relationships;
Negotiate supplier/vendor contracts (when necessary) and maintain positive relations;
Preparing offers for the new projects;
Ensure that parts ordered comply with engineering specifications;
Following-up correctly and timely delivery of confirmed orders;
Permanent tracking of outstanding offers and therefore ascertaining a high hit rate between quotations and confirmed orders;
Creating weekly reports to management.


CERINTE

University graduate with technical background is a plus;
Highly disciplined self-starter that excels in both solo and team selling situations;
Strong selling and relationship building skills with impeccable follow-up;
Experience in the door hardware industry, electronic access control or selling services and products reliant on proprietary software is preferred;
Discovery skills to determine the customer’s security needs are essential;
Ability to work independently, managing multiple sales opportunities within a corporate sales environment, while remaining nimble to find and close opportunities quickly is important;
Skill in identifying user needs, then relating them to product features and benefits to close sales is a critical requirement;
Able to deal many projects simultaneously;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Fluent in english, both spoken and written;
Able to travel minimum 50% of time;
Able to work extended hours when required;
Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
Time management;
Minimum of five (5) years experience in management of a team of associates;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Driving license B;
Dependable and self-motivated.
