Job Profile
• Maintain and develop client portfolio in industry;
• Promote and sales company’s products to clients or prospects;
• Reach goals and sales target;
• Develop and maintain the relationship with clients;
• Be able to design strategy and local approach in accordance with the company’s policies and clients’ feedback;
• Develops and implements the sales strategy within a given geographical area in accordance with the companys principles and policies;
• Identifies major competitors, potential customers, trends, and sales opportunities; prepare and presents periodically market analyses;
• Maintains high-level contacts with key accounts;
• Responsible for knowing the market within the given territory and industrial sectors;
• Monitors potential customers, development trends and sale opportunities;
• Either daily, weekly and /or monthly submits activity reports and report on achieved results;
• Analyses the results and market recommendations;
• Make proposals for product development and new product structure in response to customer needs.
• 3+ years of experience in direct sales or distribution;
• Result and client oriented;
• Flexible, persuasive, competitive;
• Team player;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, will work easy with numbers;
• Very good communication skills;
• Fluency in English communication;
• Driving license, ability to travel.
