- Process the information from the daily sales reports and generate reports per sales agent, product, channel, etc.;
- Keep accurate records on sales expire, credits, etc. through all the reports he/she is responsible to issue;
- Work to optimize the existing reports format, to build new formats according with the management needs and insure the accuracy of data recordings;
- Distribute the different types of reports in accordance with the validated distribution list agreed by his superior for any report;
- Prepare and transmit the daily correspondence;
- Excellent PC Skills, especially Excel;
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking;
- English language as a must;
- Student or university degree;
- Very well organized, "can-do" attitude;
- Willing to learn and to invest time and effort in the job;
- Paying attention to details, dynamic and flexible person;
- Initiative, solution and action oriented;
- Proactive & good communication skills;
- Ability to perform well under stressful deadlines & situations.
