¿ Ensure monitoring, timely collection/submission, storage and retrieval of sales and market data
¿ Analyze sales information, ensure accuracy and reliability of the information in terms of sales and distribution performance
¿ Analyze market development, regional and brands¿ performance, compare sales achievements with targets and research data
¿ Ensure development and maintenance of appropriate databases
¿ Define reports which help Field Force to identify issues/opportunities and increase effectiveness of sales & merchandising activities
¿ Analyze and recommend improvements to reporting formats and procedures
¿ University degree
¿ Experience in Sales/Business Analyses/Market Research or Statistics (min. 2 years)
¿ Experience in FMCG market would be a plus
¿ Knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in Excel
¿ Relational database basic concepts. SQL and OLAP would be a plus
¿ Advanced business writing / reporting skills
¿ Strong analytical skills
¿ Team player, ability to adapt to rapid changes and interface with other internal/external peers
¿ Ability to troubleshoot problems under pressure / handling multiple tasks simultaneously
¿ Initiative, flexibility
¿ Strong attention to details, organized
¿ Very good command of spoken and written English
