On behalf of our client, multinational Oil&Gas company, we are recruiting Sales Report Operators, who would:
Operate in the system the data received from Filling Station, according to the Romanian Law regulations
Perform sales report administration – check the cash, non cash transactions, stocks, deliveries
File sales related documents
Control of the cash collected reported by the bank, clarifying the differences and documenting the information
Month end comparison in the sales report vs. operating system
Archieve the operated documents
Experience of processing data (posting, valuation, analysis)
Studies: Highschool / University Degree (is a plus)
Very good computer literate: MS Office
Knowledge of Siveco, Fox Pro, SAP, would be a plus
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Good English, preferably
