- University Degree (economics)
- Minimum four/five years experience as Sales REP in the airlines, tourism, car renting, automotive and services sector
- A strong track record in generating and negotiating new business
- People management and motivation skills
ability to work under pressure with speed, quality and efficiency
- Charismatic personality with visions and ideas
- Ability to take directions and to execute those directions
- Fluent English language skills, knowledge of Italian will be an advantage
- PC skills Microsoft office applications
- Skilfulness in problem solving
