RESPONSABILITATI

FIELD SALES PROJECTS
- Makes diagnosis to see where the company is situated and what the main needs for development of field sales are.
- Build gap analysis to see the risks & opportunities of improving business results
- Make recommendations of projects according to the company needs

INDIRECT DISTRIBUTION
- Develops programs for distributors according to the company'needs
- Coaches Area Sales Managers for managing indirect distribution

LEARNING
- Collects training needs for Commercial department
- Follows-up on training budget
- Develops functional training programs as per department needs
- Delivers functional training & coaching programs to sales force


CERINTE

- min 4 years in field sales;
- logistics, trade marketing or key account expertise is a plus
- University degree
-Strong orientation on results;
-Proven project management experience, knowledge and skills;
-The capability to influence different types of individuals;
-The ability to teach/ animate the sales force;
-Enthusiasm, Highly positive and constructive spirit; Dynamism;
-Word, Excel, PowerPoint V Good Level
- Very good English knowledge
