- maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities and staff
- supports sales representatives and technical experts in order to maintain good customer service relations
- manages and organises administration work in the office
- facilitates customer communications with order takers, data collectors, order processprs or other sales related tasks
- maintaines the support of the sales orders
- monitors the logistic path from stock, up to and including the delivery to the client
Experience:
- previous experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified below will be a plus but not a mandatory for exceptional candidates
Education and Certifications:
- BSc in Business or any other related studies
- computer literate
- english speaker; knowledge of Italian language will be a plus
Skills and Abilities:
- excellent written & oral communication skills
- excellent time management skills
- a firm understanding of customer service
- the ability to work within a team
- the ability to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions
