RESPONSABILITATI

-Handles general queries on orders and parts ordered status via email, phone and web-based applications
-Maintains communication with supporting teams and with customers for order communication related inquiries
-Monitors status on queries opened, ensures follow up and updates on issues raised and resolution closing
-Is involved in procedures updates and performance monitoring tasks


CERINTE

-Young graduate with experience in Customer Service
-Customer orientated with conflict resolution skills
-Good communication skills
-Dynamic and ambitious person
-Quality to focus and to work independently
-Initiative and proactive
-Teamplayer and flexible person
-Fluent in written and spoken English with demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills, French language would be a plus
-Microsoft Package; (SAP – order management is a plus)
